Java: 1.6.0_10-beta; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 11.0-b11
System: Windows Vista version 6.0 running on x86; Cp1252; en_US (nb)
fx NB61 cb plugin: 247

1. Fresh install of 6.1
2. Install NB updates
3. Install cb plugin 247 (all but mac sdk)
On restart I get:

This dependency issue is no longer reproducible with nb 6.1 cb 253.
