It might be better to start with the 
focus on the list of projects, with
the first item selected and highlighted. 
Then tabbing should cycle through the buttons 
on the side first and then through the 
bottom row.

Fix related to nbFocusManager.

It seems like initial focus is on button "New" instead JList, but
traversal order is right : side buttons -> bottom buttons.

verified [nb_release33](20011220).
