according to UI test spec, wizard "New File" should display Information Icon in case when e.g. Class name is deleted in
step No 2 "Name and Location"... Finish and Next button is disabled and user can be confused

I'd consider this issue more as enhancement, I haven't seen this icon in any UI Spec.
