1. Add MS SQL Server driver.
2. Add MS SQL Server connection.
3. Execute statement.
4. Open "SQL History".

Result: Name of connection is slightly different from the name of this connection under "Databases" node.

I wouldn't consider this to be a UI issue.  Can you please remove 152774 from the "blocks" field

It is already fixed in NetBeans 6.8.
