build 20080623

This is a regression. It used to be able to move.

- create a diagram of any type, eg, class diagram
- create a couple of elements and an edge between them
- select the edge
- drag one of the edge end point but it's not movable

You can not move a bend point.

Isn't it a part of "unresponsible diagram" issue 138008?

incomplete for three weeks, also most likely is a duplicate of issue 138008 which was fixed
