Build: 080627

- From the projects tree, create a package via New -> Package
- Within the package,  create a class element via New -> Element
- DnD the package to the class diagram
- DnD the class within the package
  
   Nested link automatically created from element to the pkg.  It should not appear
   since the class element is within the pkg.
