need ability to have/edit stereotypes in inline editor.
there may be separate an issue for not showing stereotypes if added via properties. this one issue is mostly about
edition of stereotypes and based on issue 78647.

stereotype should be available in inline editor in uml sematic, should include tooltip, edition, and model update based
on edition.
