build 20080708

For the following toolbar buttons, once they are pressed or enabled by clicking on it, other function (namely create new
elements) are still allowed. After creating an element on the diagram, the button state is still enabled as indicated as
pressed but its functionality is no longer there. The functionality has been returned to the Select button. If other
functions are allowed while these buttons are pressed, either the functionality of the button should be returned or
button should be canceled once other actions are taken.
