After creating sample project called 'helloapp', I was working on some other Application. When i maximized netbeans I
found the message with heading "Please Wait" and its body was as below:

Where have you seen this message?
What is NB version?
If it is visible in UI, could you provide screenshot?

no response from user and no problem seen in dev build
