After recent changes in tool chain code, the Code Assistance panel (Options|C/C++|Code Assistance) now have double C and C++ tabs. See attached 
screenshot. It is reproducible every time I start with a fresh user dir but the double tabs appear only the first time you view the panel. If you OK and view the 
panel again, there are only one instance of each compiler tab as there should be.

Same (wrong) behavior on Solaris. The issue was originally reported on Mac.
