The registration in installer should be implemented.
The installer should create registration.xml with servicetags for installed products. 
These tags should be registered if ServiceTags are supported and registered in Sun Inventory is available.

During uninstalation these tags should be removed from ServiceTags.

This feature should works for both toolchain & NBI installer.
