Java: 1.5.0_12; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.5.0_12-b04
System: Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86; Cp1252; en_US (nb)

Steps to Reproduce:
===================
-Install OpenOffice.org API Plugin
-Go to NetBeans Options->Miscellaneous
-The "OpenOffice.org API Plugin Settings" tab looks weird on Win XP. There are 2 tabs but the border of tabs is not
visible - see attached screenshot.

Original issue is fixed - but there is still some strange color bug on Windows...
