Operating System        = Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86
Java; VM; Vendor        = 1.5.0_15; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.5.0_15-b04; Sun Microsystems Inc.

Open the Http Client-side monitor window
The second icon (after the Start/Stop HTTP Montior icon) is missing a tool tip.
All buttons after that "All", "Html" etc are also missing tool tips

The "Change Visible Columns" button is also missing a tool tip

Not sure what happened to the tooltips but I reset them.
