Description davisn 2008-08-12 00:36:58 UTC
The JSPExampes project after deploy to Glassfish V3 prelude b15b does not appear at the Admin GUI Web Applications node
even it was shown at the NB IDE Glassfish V3 Applications node

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Install NB 6.5 Trunk 8/11/08 build
2. Select to create a Web Project > select Sample > Java Web > JSP Examples
    (Use default values)
3. Chage runtime from Glassfish V2 server to Glassfish V3 server
4. From the NB IDE, select to deploy the project
5. From Servers > Glassfish V3 node, right-click to select View Admin Console to verify for the JSPExamples project
BUG:
The Project was not listed under the Web Application node even it was shown at the Glassfish V3 Application node

Attached is 2 snapshot for the Admin GUI Console and Netbean IDE

I wasn't very lucky with admin gui operation in my latest server install and though I had better luck with M1-15B, I
didn't reproduce this specific issue.

However, the bug you are describing (deploy application does not show in Admin GUI) is a server or Admin GUI bug and not
an issue with NetBeans, since the NetBeans server node displays correctly.

This issue should be filed against Glassfish. Closing as INVALID.
