NB Build:IDE Build 200808170243
JDK:jdk1.5.0_13

Steps to reproduce:
-Install latest NB and start
-Start the default GF V3 Prelude server in debug mode.
-Restart/Stop the server.
-Start the server in normal mode.(Right click on the server select 'Start')
-Observer the green symbol over the server.

ISSUE:
-When you start the server in normal mode it should show green symol over the server as server started in normol mode. 
But it shows green symbol over the server as server started in debug mode.
