-create new grailsapp
-create new domain class
-expand all folder nodes in project view
-run generate all on the domain class

=> only newly created integration test becomes visible in the project UI

note that this behaviour is random - sometimes new files in view folder becomes visible, sometime perhaps new controller
only etc
