Steps to reproduce:
- be sure that /usr/bin contains all required tools
- run IDE with a fresh userdir
- open Tools->Options->C/C++->BuildTools
Result:  Red "Error area" item appears in the bottom of the BuildTools tab where error messages about missed tools
usually appear.
