The Readme text file generated by the attach wizard is incomplete and not helpful

The contents of the textfile:
NetBeans Profiler Server Pack README

TBD

Ideally I think the readme could have the instructions for installing the remote pack according to the system
configuration as specified in the attach wizard.
Minimally it should say something about how the user needs to install the pack on the remote server, maybe version of
IDE that generated the pack.
and remove "TBD"

Ok, I added some basic description to README file. Feel free to expand it.
FIxed in profiler-main.
