jspContext is a variable visible just in tag files -> it should not be invoked in jsp files

variables page and pageContext are visible only in tag files -> it should not be invoked in jsp files

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
