Steps to reproduce: 
1) Create New Web Project/ or open the attached web project
2) In the project create a new Secure Token Service
3) Now goto the Web Services folder and check it has two STS files of the same file

Please evaluate why the service element was added twice.
I also noticed there are multiple <endpoint> elements in sun-jaxws.xml.
There are also duplicities in web.xml.

Hi, I just tried with latest development build (with fresh userdir) and am not able to reproduce the issue. Please
include more exact reproduction steps and reopen if you can still reproduce this. Thanks.
