Description rptmaestro 2008-09-25 21:48:24 UTC
Relates to: Services Tab, Servers Node > [Server Name] > Web Applications

Web developers often need to open a web application in multiple browsers to ensure that a look and feel is consistent
across major browsers. NetBeans currently only supports opening a web application in whichever browser is configured
under "General" options. This feature is only of limited use, however, because if a developer needs to open the web
application in another browser, he either has to change the "Web Browser" setting in "General" options or open the
application manually in the other browser. To make this task easier for the developer, it would be nice to replace the
"Open in Browser" action on the web application node with a submenu that lists all available browsers.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
