Getting Exceptions whild opening the project and after starting the netbeans.

BuildID:20080925-1752

StepsToReproduce:
1.Install the GFESB.
2.Start the NetBeans and Open the project.

Observations:
It is observed that after starting the netbeans system throws IllegalStateException.Also it is observed that while 
openening the project system throws ClassNotFoundException.

I tried with GlassFish ESB milestone 2: no exceptions.

verified and working fine on latest builds.
