"Automatic Internationalization" is ignoring such parametera as "Variables Modifier" and "Local Variables" from "Code
Generation" settings. ResourceBundle object is always generated as local variable :/

Options "Variables Modifier" and "Local Variables" are related to variables generated for UI components on the form,
and not related to Auto I18N. => WORKSFORME
