We need this only TEMPORARY, while [1] is being fixed. Currently the runtime does not support types for XML attributes
-- they are all treated as strings. So we need to add a warning whenever a user tries to use an attribute in a
non-string context (e.g. see the project attached to [1]). 

Setting it to be a high priority, since the issue is quite user-visible, confusing and "non-explainable" w/o debugging
the runtime. :(
