While verifying issue 146717, found the following.

The shortcuts for the following toolbar buttons have changed. OLH should also be updated with the new shortcuts.

  Select (Ctrl-Shift-S) ==>> Ctrl-Alt-Shift-S
  Pan (Ctrl-Altr-Shift-P) ==>> Ctrl-Alt-Shift-N
  Overview Window (F8) ==>> this one should be removed from OLH since it's no longer in 6.5
Subtopic: Zoom Buttons
  Zoom In (Alt+) ==> Ctrl+Plus
  Zoom Out (Alt-) ==> Ctrl+Minus

Shortcuts will be covered in a pdf web doc, which has a later date than the OLH. So changing to P3.
