In XSLT Service Wizard the text field for the xsl file name too big. The bottom part of text in the text field is cut 
off.
Reproduceable with the latest sierra build: sierra_1098_20081014

Verified with build: \\thumper\50builds\gfesb\v2\nightly\20081024-0704

With this build, verified that the XSL file name is sized to fix the text field window.
Verified with both in Windows and MacOS.
