1. Register stopped MySQL server.
2. Open it's properties and change Admin properties and click "OK".

Result: Error message that IDE is unable to connect to the server appears, but after clicking "OK" it appears again.
Very annoying.

I can't reproduce this.  Roman, if you can reproduce, provide specific instructions - in particular, change admin
properties to *what*?  If you can't reproduce, please close.

Actually now I also can't reproduce this issue. But I saw it many times before.
I'll reopen this issue, if I see it and I have more info.

By the way, I think since there is no concrete fix for this issue, status whiteboard should be removed.
