build 67 (20081016)

Right click on any of the following nodes to invoke the popup menu and expand 'New' submenu. There is an icon there for
Executable Module and Empty Module, but not for Python Package.
- Python project
- Sources node under the Python project

The same from the New File wizard (right-click->New->Others or File->New File)

didn't find issue 150187 before filing this.

it's now in build 81 (20081021)
