The JavaFX Kit plugin breaks the Breakpoint view for Java and JavaFX projects, breakpoints are not listed, the view
(window -> Debugging -> Breakpoints Alt+Shift+5) is empty but breakpoints appear to still work when debugging.
Disabling or Uninstalling the JavaFX Kit plugin makes the the list of breakpoints viewable.
I have been able to repeat this on 2 separate installations of Netbeans 6.1 

OS: Windows XP SP2  
JDK: jdk1.6.0_05, jdk1.6.0_07 jdk1.6.0_10

the issue 72247 is still reproduced.
