NetBeans build 20010903

Steps to reproduce
------------------
1. Open some applicatio (e.g. MemoryView)
2. Insert some breakpoint inside
3. Start debugger
4. Go to Debugger window -> Watches view
5. Try to create Fixed watch

Fixed Watch isn't created.

Verified in Netbeans build 200111020735 (Release 3.3 beta 3).
