It would be really helpful if we could configure deployment properties during project create, ie Mobile, or run in 
browser...

There is not select deployment options on the New JavaFX Script application dialog.

Run profile for each possible execution method is now created automatically for each new project.
Rescheduling this enhancement for future as we should evaluate this solution first.

JavaFX 1.3 is no longer supported.
