JDK: 1.4Beta 2 OS: Windows 2000 SP2 Netbeans: 3.3 DEVEL (Sept-7-01 Build) To get to this problem, please select: Tools -> Options <then select> Code Documentation -> Java executors -> External Javadoc -> Standard Doclet - > "..." Now look at the "Destination" field, when I type a new value into that field and press enter the field updates, if i use the "..." Selector to browse to the position and then press "Ok" on the FileSelector, the value does not update in the field until I click on it again to edit it, then all the sudden the new value appears. If I then press "Enter" the new value is in there. However if I then press "OK" and the little properties window goes away, then I select: Standard Doclet -> "..." again to bring up that properties window, my "Destination" directory is my old directory again, or whatever director I typed in and DIDN'T use the Browse feature to find. It seems that when I use the browse feature to find a dir for this property, it is not stored, EVEN THOUGH it is in the field as if I had typed it in. But if I manually type a value in, it is stored and can be used.
Reassigned to javadoc. In case it's not a propblem of that module, please reassign it to openide/property sheets.
