Include page with all avaialable startup switches (aka command-line switches).
Some of the switches are not documented anywhere (e.g.
-J-Dnetbeans.debugger.jpda.transport)

I documented the startup switch -J-Dnetbeans.debugger.jpda.transport
in the context-sensitive help page for the Attach to VM dialog box.

I added this switch to the \configure\configure_startup-
switches.html ("IDE Startup Parameters") page as well. 
Marian, are there any other important switches you feel 
are missing?

This page has been there for awhile, so I'm closing now. Not all switches are there (too many of them, 
many not useful). I just added -J-Dsun.java2d.noddraw=true to the list.
