I have 2 different configured tomcats on same machine. And I set names in Tools->Servers as "tomcat 1" and "tomcat 2".
But in project "properties -> run" i see "Tomcat 6.0" and "Tomcat 6.0". (

I could not reproduce the issue using the latest build . I had two Tomcat servers named differently and I can see the
two names from a project Properties->Run.  Please see the attached image.
