Refactoring a JSP by copying it and pasting it elsewhere in the source tree causes a spurious package declaration to be
added to the top of the file.

I can not reproduce this problem in the latest NB 6.8 dev build, works fine. If this still happens to you in the latest
6.8 build, could you please provide specific steps how to reproduce this? Thanks.
