1. Rightclick "Databases" node and choose "New Connection".
2. Choose PostgreSQL driver and enter all necessary information.
3. Remove your host from pg_hba.conf file (PostgreSQL file for setting of access for different hosts), if it is there,
and click "OK" button.

Result: Error message appears, but it is impossible to read.

No plan to fix it, it's 3rd party message came from a driver.
