The instructions on the a11y page say:

Join the Main Netbeans Accessibility Mailing List (just send a blank email). 

This is not true. The mailing list is a Sun-hosted list and can't be joined by
sending a blank email. Sun employees would have to use an internal tool. Non-Sun
people would have to be added manually by the list owner.

Probably a netbeans-hosted list should replace the Sun-hosted list. At the very
least, the instruction to "send a blank email" should be corrected.

It is fixed...replaced by right mailing adress
