Create new class from template and edit it to became servlet (or copy content 
from existing servlet). Select "Mark as Servlet" from Tools popup menu. Massage 
saying that it doesn't implement javax.servlet.Servlet and threrefore it can't 
be converted is displayed.

Wrkaround: Set J2EE Server Executor and execute it. In this case it will be 
converted.
