With 0921, the facility to set a condition for the breakpoint to stop at has 
disappeared.

Could this be corrected please.

This happens only with jdk1.4

I am sorry, but I cannot reproduce this bug. Conditional
breakpoints should work by now (build 20011003),
but you will not be able to access the Condition property
on JDK 1.4 due to issue 15816.
