JAX-WS Build generated by Netbeans for EJB's does not copy schemas to correct location for deployment (WSDL directory).
 Workaround is to modify build.xml (targets) to force the copy.

Sounds like you mean an EJB Project.

Please provide details on this.
What schemas do yo mean ? How they have been created ?
Please describe UI steps to reproduce issue.

JAX-WS creation in EJB project doesn't create any schemas. 
So I can't imagine what it is about.
