Currently, the display name of the GF V2 plugin in the Tools -> Servers -> Add Server... dialog is "GlassFish V2".
However, as V2.1 was released, we may want to change this to "GlassFish V2.x".

Also, now the daily builds of NB 6.7 installer bundle the V2.1. The pre-registered instance that appears when using the
installer should also be labeled as "GlassFish V2.1" (I did not check whether this is actually the case or not). 

Thirdly, there is a minor inconsistency between v2 and v3: "GlassFish V2" is displayed with upper case "V", whereas
"GlassFish v3 Prelude" has a lower case "v".

Also in Tools -> Plugins -> Installed, "GlassFish v1,v2" uses a lower-case "v", and there should be a space after the comma.
