Sometimes files have their read only attribute set on the file system. Currently it is necessary to go to the operating
system and change it there. It would be handy to have this feature directly in the file Properties in the Projects and
Files windows in NetBeans. Before I worked in Eclipse and it allows this change.

This could be a valuable enhancement. Already tracked as 92737.
