Supporting the behavior described in http://www.netbeans.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=155298#desc3 looks like it requires
a new API...

org.netbeans.modules.j2ee.deployment.devmodules.api.ServerManager.showAddServerInstanceWizard(ModuleType)

Justification is a bit fuzzy... Desc 3 contains just a suggestion to make the GFv3 default - that should be doable even
without api. What we do want to do? GFv3 default everywhere? Or something else?

sorry I misread the descr3 entry.

I thought the user wanted a certain behavior... when they were describing the 'current' behavior..
