"Fix Imports" menu item from context menu removes unused <import>s, but leaves the name space declarations.

"Fix Imports" action just removes unused imports and doesn't touch namespaces.
I'd consider namespace refactoring support as a part of the enhancement 153059.

This is accepted as a duplicate issue and is declared closed by QA.
