Java: 1.5.0_16; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.5.0_16-133
System: Mac OS X version 10.5.6 running on i386; MacRoman; en_US (nb)

The summary of an issue cannot be changed in IDE. It is sometimes necessary to correct wording of a summary so that it
should be available in IDE.

The current implementation is according to UI specification, but I agree that we should change it to allow summary 
modifications.
