I did upgrade from 3.2.1, build 98 to 200110090100 and have all nodes under
Tools/Options/Editting/Editor Settings doubled.
The upgrade was performed using same userdir (I used userdir from 3.2.1 with
200110090100).
It does not occur after clean start.
It also happens in build 200110080100, but not in 200110020100. I will try to
find precise build #.

Last build looking OK for me is 200110030100, 200110040100 looks bad
to me.

It is OK in 200111120100.
