I don't understand what you are trying to describe here?

Maybe a screen shot would be helpful... Step-by-step instruction on how to replicate...

I open this bug by mistaken clicking a wrong button from the browser. 
Actually, I first wanted to report that there is an incorrect message appears when I download the V3 experimental
(please see the attached screeshot), but then I realize that this problem is already reported in bug 163161 (the cause
to the message). I decided to clear the bug report but somehow clicking to the wrong button! 
Attached is the screeenshot to the dialog. You can close this bug. I think this message is no longer exist.
