In Netbeans IDE6.5.1 with javafx plugin, #170, I got from http://getjfx.sfbay.sun.com/hudson/job/marina-netbeans-plugin
In the IDE, when you build applet, it cannot compile, because the jarsigner it is looking for is not in the jre dir, it
is in jdk now. so the IDE needs to point to correct classpath for jarsigner.

It is in OpenSolaris11 version is:(2009.06)

Jarsigner was never a part of JRE

check issues #162121, #163734
