[NB 6.7.1 FCS build]
Steps:
1) I have installed Nb 6.5 on my laptop and registered GFv2 and Tomcat here
2) download 6.7.1 FCS All distro and install GF v3 prelude and NB 
3) start Nb 6.7.1 IDE and import settings from 6.5 release
ERROR: GF v3 prelude isn't visible in service tab. I checked netbeans.conf and the correct v3installRoot is present there.

In case settings aren't imported then GF v3 prelude is visible in service tab.

What OS is your laptop using?

Without requested information for long time - INVALID. We can't do anything in this case. Reporter, please add requested information and reopen issue.
