Domain Name and Folder properties was missing from the Servers Wizard. Please see the attached screen shot for the
problem in detail.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Install the 6.8 trunk 07/21 build -> select all option to install V3-b55 and Tomcat server
2. Start the IDE with new netbeans folder
3. Expand Servers node
4. Right-click at the "GlassFish v3 Domain" node, select Properties menu to examine
